Thank You to Our Partners in Recovery!

A Meaningful Visit in Harford County

October 10th, 2025, Voices of Hope had the privilege of hosting a special visit in Harford County with Special Secretary of Opioid Response, Ms. Emily Keller, and representatives from the Maryland Office of Overdose Response (MDH). 💜

The day was filled with thoughtful conversation, shared insight, and a deep sense of purpose. As we gathered with Harford County’s Opioid Restitution Fund awardees, stories of perseverance, innovation, and community partnership filled the room. Each discussion reflected the same commitment — to save lives, support recovery, and create a Maryland where everyone has access to hope and healing.

It was inspiring to witness leaders, providers, and advocates come together around one mission: building recovery-ready communities through compassion, collaboration, and action. Seeing Ms. Keller and her team recognize the progress being made in Harford County reminded us that every partnership, no matter how small, helps strengthen the foundation of recovery across our state. 🌱

We are deeply grateful for their time, leadership, and continued commitment to addressing the opioid crisis head-on. Their visit served as both an acknowledgment of the hard work being done and a reminder that meaningful change happens when we work together.

Thank you, Ms. Keller and the Maryland Office of Overdose Response, for your partnership and for recognizing the vital work happening here in Harford County. Together, we are making hope possible. 🌟
