Voices of Hope's Harford Recovery Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year! Our Certified Peer Recovery Specialists are available to provide immediate assistance now!
Harford Recovery Center is located at 7 Aberdeen Shopping Plaza, Aberdeen MD 21001 (Ollie’s Shopping Center). No appointment needed, stop on in. To talk to a Peer by phone call 443-993-7055 and press option 3 at the prompt. Below are some of the other services available immediately along with our meeting schedule.
Our Story
The Harford Recovery Center opened its doors on September 3, 2021, and has become an important resource for individuals and families affected by substance use.
Since launching our Syringe Services Program in July 2022, we have continued to expand our support and partnerships throughout the community. We work closely with the Problem-Solving Courts to help individuals who are struggling with substance use and connect them with the services they need.
Our services include:
Providing transportation from the detention center for individuals at high risk of overdose.
Providing transportation to recovery meetings, treatment, and other recovery supports.
Offering Narcan training to community members, local organizations, and other stakeholders.
Conducting outreach and providing support to treatment programs and sober living organizations.
Participating in community events and building relationships with local partners.
Working alongside law enforcement and other community organizations to connect people with help and resources.
Through these efforts, we are working together to create a stronger, more supportive, and healthier community. Our goal is to prevent overdose deaths, reduce barriers to recovery, and help individuals find a path toward lasting recovery and hope.
