Julien Angulo-Fleming’s journey began in Voices of Hope Maryland’s Men’s Recovery House, where he found support, structure, and employment as he built a foundation in recovery. Today, he is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, using his lived experience to help others find hope, connection, and possibility.
