A Night of Gratitude at Sandy Cove

On November 12th, 2025, Voices of Hope had the honor of sponsoring and attending the First Responders Appreciation Night at Sandy Cove, a heartfelt celebration dedicated to the brave men and women who serve Cecil County with unwavering commitment.

The evening brought together firefighters, EMTs, law enforcement officers, and other first responders whose tireless efforts keep our community safe, supported, and cared for. From responding to emergencies in the middle of the night to offering comfort during life’s toughest moments, their work often goes unseen — but never unappreciated.

At Voices of Hope, we believe deeply in community, connection, and gratitude. Standing beside our local heroes and sharing this moment of recognition reminded us just how vital their service is to every person and family in our region.

To all first responders: thank you. Your dedication, courage, and compassion make a difference every single day. We see you. We appreciate you. And we are profoundly grateful for everything you do.
