Kim Hamm – Women’s and Children’s Recovery House Program Supervisor
Kim Hamm is a lifelong resident of Cecil County, born and raised in the community she now proudly serves. After overcoming more than 20 years of addiction, mental health challenges, incarceration, and housing instability, Kim found healing through recovery and discovered a passion for helping others find hope.
Kim joined Voices of Hope as a Peer Recovery Specialist, inspired by the organization's commitment to supporting individuals and families on their recovery journeys. Through her own lived experience, she has walked alongside others, offering encouragement, compassion, and the belief that lasting recovery is possible. Today, Kim serves as the Program Supervisor of the Mommy & Me Program, where she is honored to give back to the same community that supported her own recovery.
Kim is especially passionate about helping mothers and families build healthy, stable lives. She believes that no one should have to face recovery alone and that every person deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive. Every day, she is inspired by the resilience of the individuals and families she serves and is proud to be part of an organization that brings hope, healing, and lasting change to the community she has always called home.
