Dana Barrow is the Administrative Operations Coordinator at Voices of Hope, where she works behind the scenes to help keep the organization moving forward and, most importantly, help create an environment where staff, participants, and community members feel supported, valued, and connected.

In her role, Dana supports a wide range of administrative, human resources, operations, communications, and organizational initiatives. She enjoys bringing organization and structure to the many moving pieces of a growing nonprofit, finding ways to make processes easier, and helping teams work together more effectively. Whether she is supporting a new employee through onboarding, helping coordinate an event, working on internal processes, or assisting with community outreach, Dana believes that every part of the organization plays a role in helping people find hope and connection.

What Dana values most about Voices of Hope is its belief that recovery is possible and that no one should have to navigate it alone. She appreciates being part of an organization that meets people where they are, recognizes the importance of lived experience, and focuses on connection, dignity, and support rather than judgment.

Dana brings a background in human resources, recruiting, administration, logistics, event coordination, and operations, along with a genuine passion for helping people and organizations grow.

Outside of Voices of Hope, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and staying involved in her community. She is grateful to be part of a team that demonstrates every day that recovery, connection, and a better future are possible.
